GENERAL POLICY 

• We do not offer refunds for unwanted items , incorrect sizes or change of mind. 
• Refunds are only accepted under certain circumstances, such as receiving an incorrect item/ size etc. 
• All refund requests must be reviewed and approved by one of our team. 
• Requests made outside of the stated timeframe or without approval will not be processed.
